About Majo House

We believe our guests’ stay should be as interesting as their trip to India, which is why we've created Majo House. The décor is bold and colourful, and the house is filled with Indian antiques, vintage Bollywood posters and curious treasures. 

You can choose to stay in the main house, which sleeps up to six, or in one of the two separate twin suites. The house is available to book as one single unit, as are the twin suites. If you are a large group of up to ten people, you can book the house and the two twin suites.

All guests have access to the shared sun terrace which overlooks the sea and is perfect for yoga, meditation, an Ayurvedic treatment or just relaxing with a book.

Every day we provide a healthy breakfast of oats, granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit, homemade bread and jam along with freshly squeezed juice and fresh coffee. 

We're close to some excellent local restaurants and beach cafes and only 40 minutes from Kochi (Cochin) airport and Fort Kochi - the location for the latest BBC series The Real Marigold Hotel; great for sightseeing, shopping and a night out.

We can also help to arrange trips to Munnar Tea Plantations, Athirapally waterfalls and Parambikulum Tiger Reserve, as well as local temples and backwater boat trips.
